I am a Knight

and I will stand

for what is right.

I wear my Helmet, 

I wear my Boots,

I wear my Belt, 

I speak the truth.

I wear my Breastplate, 

I use my Shield, 

I am a Knight,

on the rugby field.

I use my Sword, 

and I attack,

and my team mates,  

has got my back.
